These Terms of Service govern your use of the OwnerListed platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before listing or browsing properties on OwnerListed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OwnerListed platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Platform

OwnerListed is an Australian private property listing platform intended for residential real estate in Australia only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform and must have legal authority to sell any property you list. Any misuse, fraudulent listings, or abuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.

3. Listing Rules

All properties listed on OwnerListed must be real, accurately described Australian residential properties. Listing information including address, price, photos, and features must be truthful and not misleading. OwnerListed reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules or Australian consumer law. Duplicate or spam listings are prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are non-refundable once a listing has been activated or upgraded. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. OwnerListed does not store your payment card details. The initial 30-day trial period is free of charge, with no payment required to begin listing your property.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using OwnerListed, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

OwnerListed provides a platform for connecting property sellers and buyers. We are not a licensed real estate agent and are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or outcomes arising from use of the platform. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed conveyancer or solicitor for the legal transfer of property. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to OwnerListed.
